In April 2008, we purchased new '07 Yamahas. What a Great Change!!!

As of this update, we've put on about 12,000 miles since May We'll update our rides and trips sections to describe some of the trips and pictures of them.

Riding History

We started riding again (after 30+ years off) in 2001 on a pair of Yamahas - a '99 VStar 1100 and a '97 V Star 650. A couple of years later, Roy switched to a '00 Roadstar and we modified the VStar 1100 for Catherine. We put about 35,000 miles on the bikes on local rides, trips to the Sierra Mountains, the Pacific Coast, and a 16 day trip to Yellowstone National Park and points in between.  As time permits, I will post highlight pictures of these trips.
